Welcome to Paradise!

Paradise Ridge Winery is nestled atop a hill that overlooks the heart of Sonoma Wine Country and is conveniently located just minutes from downtown Santa Rosa. The view from Paradise Ridge Winery has been deemed “the most beautiful view in Sonoma County”.

Paradise Ridge Winery is the perfect setting for a Wine Country Wedding and they host many weddings throughout the year in all seasons including Winter Weddings. Paradise Ridge Winery specialized in evening weddings that come with a beautiful sunset as the backdrop to any bride and groom’s special day.  Picturesque vistas surround the property, which help to create stunning photographs that will last a lifetime.
Paradise Ridge Winery offers both indoor and outdoor locations throughout the property, which make an ideal setting for any Wedding. At the entrance of Paradise Ridge is a stunning oak tree that covers a leaf shaped deck that is followed by a “Welcome to Paradise” sign. Guests then proceed through the covered veranda that overlooks 156 acres of wine estate vineyards. Followed by the veranda is the poetry terrace where guest can enjoy the sweet sound of vows being exchanged during the Wedding ceremony.  During winter months or in case of rain the Champagne Cellar is the indoor wedding ceremony location where a bride and groom can get married in front of a fireplace creating a cozy and intimate affair. The reception then takes place on the veranda and leaf shaped deck where the view of the sun setting appears as a backdrop to a beautiful evening. Dinner is then served inside of the Vineroom followed by an evening of dancing.
The venue also includes a bridal suite where the bride and her bridesmaids can relax and sip on sparkling before the big day. The groom also has a groom’s area since Paradise Ridge believes it’s his special day too.

Paradise Ridge Winery is an elegant venue that is the perfect setting for a stunning Wedding in Wine Country!

Spring Flowers

Spring has sprung and the change in season brings beautiful flowers, colors, and warmer weather.

When it comes to choosing wedding flowers one of the best tips of advice is to take advantage of the time of year and go with the season. Seasonal flowers generally are more readily available, less expensive and tend to last longer.

What flowers are in season this spring?

Apple or cherry blossoms
Daffodils
Dogwoods
Forsythia branches
Hyacinth
Iris
Larkspur
Lilacs
Lilies
Lily of the valley
Pansies
Peonies
Sweet peas
Tulips

What are some creative ways to arrange flowers for a spring wedding?

Flowers can be arranged in many inventive ways that include simple containers such as vintage jars, watering cans, or teapots. Flowers such as daffodils, tulips, or herbs can be potted to help create a natural theme at any wedding. Potted flowers can even make a great favor for your guests to show that love grows over time.

Flowers are only one of the many important aspects of a wedding that can make a real impact, which is the reason it’s important to think about how flowers can be a part of your special day.

Happy spring and I hope you enjoy the beautiful flowers that this season has to offer!
